Shipping policy

We offer free shipping for orders over $180. We are pleased to offer standard shipping Australia-wide via Australia Post. 

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days of receiving your order. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Please note that all shipping times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside of our control, such as postal service delays or customs processing. Vitani Skin is not responsible for delays once an item has been dispatched.

Please ensure you have entered the correct postal address in your order as you will be liable for any extra costs incurred as a result of the incorrect postal address. 

Vitani Skin is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received a damaged order, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
