At Vitani skin, we take pride in the quality of our products. However, due to the nature of our skincare items, we do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or faulty item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Send an email to shivani@vitanilab.com.au. Please provide a description of the fault and images of the product and packaging to support.
We will review your claim and provide instructions on how to proceed.
Please note that Vitani Skin is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received a damaged order, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Additionally, refunds will not be provided for products damaged due to mishandling or misuse.
